The Minnesota Online Council is the organizational entity that governs and operates Minnesota Online. The Council, through the authority delegated to it by the Office of the Chancellor, works with all institutions of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities toward the long-range goal of developing and delivering online learning in accord with a common set of quality standards. The Minnesota Online Council works in collaboration with the Office of the Chancellor and the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities member institutions."
